Our open house on our new listing at 380 5th Street in Montara was jamming. We held it open both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday had non-stop traffic. Sunday was a bit more mild yet still busy.
Maybe all the sports events were earlier or later today. Maybe it’s that we have election results and there isn’t a need to stay glued to the news stations. The weather was windy and the fog rolled in so it’s not like it was the best day to just come to the coast and hang out.
So, maybe buyers are starting to feel like we have hit the bottom of the real estate market. Whatever it is, whatever it’s going to be, we’ll keep you posted.
